The space

Our home is a brand-new build ideally situated just 6 minutes from downtown Montrose, in a charming neighborhood with stunning mountain views of the San Juan Mountain Range. Nearby Attractions: Black Canyon National Park: 25 minutes away Ridgway, CO: 34 minutes away Ouray, CO: 47 minutes away Telluride Ski Resort: 1 hour 23 minutes away If you’re flying into MTJ Airport, you’ll appreciate the convenience of being just a 10-minute drive away from our home. Included on the property: Electric fireplace, Wi-Fi, Remote Workspace, Smart TVs in living room and master bedroom, Foosball table, mini-basketball hoop game, Ping Pong table, Coffee/Tea Bar, Stocked Kitchen, Pack and Play, Silicone dishware and utensils for children Early check-in: We will do our best to accommodate an early check-in if needed. We will let you know 24 hours before your arrival if we can accommodate. Early check-in fees (if able): 2pm check-in: $50 fee 1:30pm check-in: $65 1pm check-in: $75 fee 12:30pm check-in fee: $95 Late check-out: We will do our best to accommodate a late check-out depending on availability. If there is an outage, we are not responsible for lack of services. Trash: Trash pick-up is on Thursdays. Please put trash bin out on the curb on this day if your stay falls during this time. Check-out time is at 11:00am Construction: Our property is located on a street that currently consists of new build homes. There is active construction going on around the home (this includes behind the home and next to the home). There are often construction trucks and vehicles located on the street. If there is excessive noise due to construction, loud music, or difficulty accessing the driveway, please contact us directly as soon as possible so we can address this. Security: We have an exterior security camera located at the front of the house just above the garage door.

Other things to note

Family-Friendly Home – Pet Policy and House Rules: We understand that dogs are part of your family, and we want them to enjoy their stay as well! For the comfort of all guests, we allow up to two dogs per stay. The first dog will be $50. Please note that an additional $75 fee will be charged for the second dog. Since we currently do not have a fence, we kindly ask that all dogs remain on a leash at all times while outside. We do, however, have a dog anchor tie-down located in the backyard that you may use your own leash with while enjoying the outdoor space. Additionally, please ensure that any waste is promptly disposed of. Important Note: Parties are not allowed on the property. No smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, or marijuana on the property.
