The space

Our property has beautiful views of the Colorado National Monument! It is located in the beautiful town of Fruita- home to mountain bike enthusiasts. We love the culture of Fruita and hope you can kick back, relax, and enjoy yourselves during your stay. Our property is equipped with a fun game room and is dog friendly! We do request a $50 pet fee per dog to help with additional cleaning that may be required. We have a limit of 2 dogs per stay and cannot accommodate 3. Our side yard has a bike rack and cleaning supplies for wiping down your bike if needed. If you are bringing your kiddos, there is a playground just across the street for them to enjoy or take a stroll to the nearby middle school and enjoy the ball field. Road construction: -Our property is located off 19 road in Fruita. Currently, 19 road is under construction so please be mindful of the detour signs that are clearly outlined as you are driving towards the property. Parking: -Our driveway is located at the back of the home. You may also park directly in front of the home. House rules: -No Smoking -No Vaping -No illegal drugs -No Parties Early check-in: We will do our best to accommodate an early check-in if needed. We will let you know 24 hours before your arrival if we can accommodate. Early check-in fees (if able): 2pm check-in: $50 fee 1:30pm check-in: $65 1pm check-in: $75 fee 12:30pm check-in fee: $95 Late check-out: We will do our best to accommodate a late check-out depending on availability. If you would like a late-check out, fees are located below: 12:00pm check-out: $50 1pm check-out: $60 2pm check-out: $70 3pm check-out: $80 4pm check-out: $90 5pm check-out: The full cost of an additional night stay Check-in: We will message you the day before your arrival with the Yale Lock access code to the front door Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is provided for your convenience. If there is an outage, we are not responsible for lack of services. Trash: Trash pick-up is on Tuesday’s. Please put trash bin out on the curb on this day if your stay falls during this time. Check-out time is at 11:00am

Guest access

You will have the entire home to yourselves when booking the property. This also includes the fenced yard and patio! Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 11:00am

Other things to note

If you are bringing a pup: We love dogs and encourage you to bring your furry friends along on your adventures! If you are bringing a dog, it is your responsibility to CLEAN UP after your furry friend and KEEP THEM ON LEASH when walking around the neighborhood. The home is fully fenced so you are welcome to let them off leash in the backyard. If pet feces is left and not picked up after your stay, we will charge $150 for extra cleaning as this is outside of our cleaner’s duties. Trash pick-up is on Tuesday’s. Please place trash bins outside Monday morning for pick-up on Tuesday’s.
